Established in 2009 by father and son, Niemela Design & Construction has evolved
from residential construction to commercial Cold-Formed and Gypsum Assemblies. We
have built on a foundation of quality craftsmanship and productive, orderly job sites.
Our focus is to actively learn, lead, teach, and build while creating lasting relationships.

From a defined spec book to design-build applications, our process begins with a
thorough examination of your project. We focus on practicality and sensibility. Up front,
we scrutinize gray areas for avoidable costs, leading to thoughtful and responsible
proposals.
